Everything in one sealed platform.
The VG-15MV-66 is a fully integrated edge AI surveillance platform that combines compute, camera power, networking, and outdoor deployment in a single sealed, IP66-rated enclosure. By integrating an Intel® Core™ Ultra compute module, Power over Ethernet (PoE) camera power, and network connectivity into one system, it eliminates the need for separate cabinets, switches, and power distribution at the point of installation.
With support for direct camera mounting and an optional Axelera Metis M.2 AI accelerator, the VG-15MV-66 is engineered for permanent deployment on lamp posts, roadside infrastructure, utility poles, and other exposed outdoor locations.
One sealed unit - compute, cameras and connectivity
A complete edge AI surveillance platform in a single sealed enclosure. Compute, networking, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) camera connectivity are integrated into one IP66-rated unit, eliminating the need for separate cabinets, switches, or power distribution at the installation point.
Host processor
Built around an Intel Core Ultra NUC-class compute module with Intel Arc graphics, providing the CPU and GPU performance for demanding edge AI and video-analytics workloads.
AI acceleration - Axelera Metis® M.2 (option)
An optional Axelera Metis M.2 accelerator adds dedicated AI-inference acceleration for computer-vision workloads. When fitted, it is programmed with Axelera’s Voyager® SDK.
Integrated PoE camera power
IP66-rated external PoE ports provide direct power and connectivity for fixed and PTZ IP cameras, removing the need for separate PoE switches, injectors, or additional camera power infrastructure at the installation point.
IP66-rated enclosure
Designed for harsh environments, the sealed enclosure provides complete dust protection and resistance to high-pressure water jets, supporting permanent outdoor installation.
Fanless, passively cooled design
A fully fanless, passively cooled architecture eliminates moving parts, reducing power consumption and maintenance requirements. Without fans to draw dust and debris into the enclosure, the platform is well suited to reliable long-term operation in industrial environments while offering improved resistance to shock and vibration.
Chassis & sustainability
An in-house designed and milled aluminium chassis is optimized for passive cooling and durability. The aluminium is repurposed and recycled, and production waste is recycled.
Direct camera mounting
The enclosure supports direct camera mounting, with multiple attachment points compatible with a range of market-leading fixed and PTZ cameras.

Engineered in-house for performance and sustainability
The chassis is designed and precision-machined in-house, not sourced as an off-the-shelf enclosure. Its geometry is optimised for efficient passive cooling, structural strength and long-term reliability, with a design proven across extended operating temperatures.
The same engineering approach supports sustainability. The chassis is manufactured using repurposed and recycled aluminium wherever possible, while aluminium waste generated during production is recovered and recycled, reducing material waste without compromising performance.

It is a complete edge AI surveillance platform that integrates compute, Power-over-Ethernet camera connectivity and networking in a single sealed IP66 enclosure, engineered for permanent outdoor installation.
AI acceleration is provided by an optional Axelera Metis® M.2 accelerator. With the Metis option fitted, the platform gains dedicated AI-inference acceleration for computer-vision workloads; the M.2 slot is shared with NVMe storage.
Its IP66-rated PoE ports power and connect IP cameras fixed or PTZ directly from the unit, removing the need for separate PoE switches or injectors. See the specification table for the supported number and PoE budget.
Controlled options operating-system deployment, software preload and branding are available and do not alter the certified platform baseline. Requirements that need mechanical, thermal, electronic or certification change route to Tranquil Studio.
