Fanless Rugged Server - AMD Epyc 3000 Server
• Edge Servers • Model: FS-EP3S-50
Move and process heavy data where it is created at full speed, with no fans and no upkeep.
The FS-EP3S-50 is a dual 10GbE rugged server built on AMD EPYC, with two ten-gigabit network connections and a management port of its own. A fanless server for sites that take in more data than an ordinary network can carry.
✓ Dual 10GbE networking ✓ Dedicated management port ✓ Fanless & maintenance-free

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES
When the network is the thing everything waits on.
Cameras, sensors and busy industrial systems can generate more data than a standard network link can carry. Send it all off-site and you pay for the bandwidth and wait for the round trip. Keep it local but starve it of network capacity, and the whole site runs at the speed of its slowest connection. This high throughput AMD EPYC server is built to remove that limit.
WHY A FANLESS SERVER
Built to move data, not wait on it.
Most edge servers give you a single ordinary network connection, and for a data-heavy site that quickly becomes the bottleneck. This one is built the other way round networking first.
WHY TRANQUIL IT RUGEED SERVER
Built to run untouched.
A server built for data also has to do the fundamentals well, and survive the place it is put.

AMD EPYC processing
A choice of AMD EPYC processors gives you the core count to match the workload from steady, lower-power duties to heavier, more parallel processing.

Lower latency on site
Processing data where it is generated, rather than sending it away and back, removes the delay of the round trip for anything time-sensitive.

Dual network ports
Two network connections let you keep data and management traffic apart, or build in a second link for resilience without bolting on extra hardware.
Fanless and maintenance-free
With no fan to fail and no filters to clean, the server runs untouched in dusty industrial and indoor settings. You deploy it, and you leave it running.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SERVER
Is this the right server for you?
This compact fanless server suits most edge and industrial deployments. If you need more room to expand, more drives, or a server built to live in a rack, we manufacture those too, pick by what your requirement actually needs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
Questions about the Fanless Rugged Server
When a site takes in a lot of data camera feeds, sensors, telemetry a standard one-gigabit link becomes the thing everything waits on. Two ten-gigabit connections give the room to move that data on site without it backing up behind the network.
It is a separate network connection used only for managing the server. Keeping management traffic on its own link means it never competes with your data for bandwidth, and the server stays reachable for control even when the data links are busy.
The EPYC 3151 has four cores and eight threads and runs cooler; the EPYC 3251 has eight cores and sixteen threads for heavier, more parallel work. Tell us the workload and we will recommend the right one.
IP50 means it is dust-protected — dust is not actively drawn in, so maintenance is much lower than a fan-cooled server. Any dust that settles rests on the chassis filters, which are worth checking from time to time depending on how dirty the site is.
