Designed and milled in-house.

The chassis is not bought in and badged. It is designed and milled in-house, with its optimised  design for efficient passive cooling and durability, a design whose reliability has been proven across extended operating temperatures.

Sustainability is built into the same decision, the aluminium used for the chassis is repurposed and recycled, and production waste is recycled too.

The Fanless Mini Intel platform has tracked Intel's processor roadmap across successive generations. The current production model (FM-15M-51) is built on Intel 15th Gen Core Ultra processors, the Core Ultra 5 225U and Core Ultra 7 255U. For continuity with an existing earlier-generation deployment (12th, 13th or 14th Gen), or specific lifecycle and availability requirements, please contact our team.

The Fanless Mini Intel (FM-15M-51) is rated IP51, providing protection against dust ingress and dripping water suited to industrial, IoT and embedded deployments in dusty or exposed conditions.

Yes. The platform uses an in-house designed and milled aluminium chassis for passive (fanless) cooling, with no moving parts. This eliminates dust ingress and the failure points associated with fans, making the system maintenance free and silent in operation.
